Mr. Lewis "Cookie" Johnson, 52 of Forrest City, died on November 1, 2017, at Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, AR.

Mr. Johnson was born August 3, 1965 in Forrest City, AR, to the late Mr. Louis Johnson Sr. and Mrs. Florence Smith Johnson.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Pearl Johnson of Forrest City, AR; mother, Mrs. Florence Smith Johnson of Forrest City, AR; sons, Mr. Davanis Johnson of Forrest City, AR, Mr. Brandon Johnson of Forrest City, AR, Mr. Broderick Johnson of Forrest City, AR; daughters, Ms. April Johnson of Little Rock, AR, and Ms. Caryn Moore of Little Rock, AR; brothers, Mr. Larry Smith of Forrest City, AR, Mr. Herman Smith of Forrest City, AR and Mr. Calvin Jordan of Forrest City, AR; sisters, Mrs. Brenda Thompson of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Margaret Johnson-King of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Sharon Johnson of Forrest City, AR, Ms. Felecia Johnson of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Roberta Winston of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Florence Williams of Forrest City, AR, Ms. Dorothy Johnson of Chicago, IL and Ms. Gladys Johnson of Chicago, IL: three grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Lewis Johnson will be at 11:00am on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, Forrest City, AR. Interment will be in Casteel Cemetery, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, November 10, 2017, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City.
